Visit our Strain Repository for a comprehensive list of our available strains. Browse our collection by searching taxonomy, BLASTing proteins of interest, or BLASTing 16S sequences to find closely related isolates.
Fill out our Strain Request Form. For non UChicago requests, an MTA is required.
Requests for greater than ten strains may be considered a collaborative project. Please direct your inquiry to Dr. Eric G. Pamer.
Each strain is purchased individually. Please reference our Pricing/Rates page for our current year's rate.
Our isolates will be provided in Glycerol Stock in cryo vials with an expected turnaround time of up to 4 weeks (based on number of strains requested).
For strains that require shipping, we will gather your preferred courier information in our Strain Request Survey.
