Sam Light, PhD, has been appointed Faculty Director of the Host-Microbe Metabolomics Facility (HMMF) at the Duchossois Family Institute (DFI). In this role, he will provide strategic vision, scientific direction, and operational oversight of the facility. Alongside his new responsibilities, Dr. Light will continue to lead his research lab in the Department of Microbiology.
