Babak Kohanpour has been named the inaugural director of the DFI’s current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) facility, due to be completed at the end of 2022. A graduate of the University of Illinois Chicago, Babak is currently a Senior Production Manager at Endotronix, Inc. where he manages and oversees all aspects of production for 3 product lines. We will rely heavily on his technical background and experience with FDA regulatory standards as we take our lab research from the bench to the bedside.
